Actress Zarine reduces her weight
The celebrity is usually training hard towards a very toned and fit body on her forthcoming film Sajid Nadiadwala’s HOUSEFULL 2.
Speaking about the military boot camp Yasmin has put her through Zarine says, “Every morning, I do pilates for an hour and weight training thrice a week with Yasmin Karachiwala.
I also do some swimming and jogging and eat every two hours to increase my metabolic rate. Sweets and fried food are strict no.”
With impressive results showing Zarine is even more encouraged to train harder.
